Shareholding in Karton Deisswil AG sold to Swiss Investors’ Group
The Mayr-Melnhof Group has sold its entire shareholding in Karton Deisswil AG to a regional Swiss group of investors. The production of cartonboard remains discontinued. A major part of the ongoing customer orders is already serviced through the plant network of the MM Karton Division.
This final step will be connected with one-off accounting results of approximately EUR -8 million.
