German competition authorities approved acquisition of Gruber+Weber Karton
The German antitrust authorities have approved the acquisition of the board mill Gruber+Weber Karton by the Mayr-Melnhof Group. The mill will be integrated into the Mayr-Melnhof Cartonboard Division as of May 1, 2001. This board mill represents the 8th production site of the Mayr-Melnhof Cartonboard Division.
