Termination of co-operation and lawsuit between Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG, Wall AG, and Mr. Wall
Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG, Alfred Wall AG, and Mr. Alfred Wall have terminated the co-operation and legal disputes.
Within the scope of these agreements, Mayr-Melnhof sold the current 4.9% interest in Alfred Wall AG as well as the 50% shareholding in the printing plant Wall MM Gravure, Krakow, which specializes in cigarette packaging, to Westvaco, the new majority shareholder of Alfred Wall AG.
