For our Packaging plants in a variety of locations in Europe we are looking for an ambitious and experienced
Plant Controller Operations (m/f)
Main tasks:
- Supporting the Managing Director with relevant business data and ad-hoc analysis
- Highlighting pro-actively business and cost improvement opportunities
- Leading, organizing and securing the implementation of such improvements throughout the plant
- Securing the monthly reporting to the headquarter and being the primary contact person for controlling topics
- Preparing budget data and attending budget meetings in the headquarter
Personal requirements:
- Economical and/or technical studies with a high interest in both fields
- Min. 3-5 years of controlling experience in a similar position, ideally in the industry environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands on mentality
- Strong interpersonal competencies
- Assertiveness
- High engagement and flexibility
- High mobility
- Excellent command of English and preferably at least one more language
